No, I can’t be bothered! :sulk: It is just a stupid simple one that has (allegedly) already been optimised etc. It worked a little bit in some lanes once, so I’m going to try more cycles then just make the results up I reckon.

Yeah, am going to do less template as well. The taq should be fine, it is from a kit with a mystery magical PCR Enhancer!1 Will report back!
