Er, right, well, it depends on what you like doing, really, but here's some help:
The Cathedral-Mosque, obviously. Marvel at the forest of columns, ponder its wonderfulness, be amazed at the juxtoposition of three religions, one god, under the same roof, etc.
Most visits to the Mosque are followed by a beer and a slice of tortilla from Bar Santos, on the, er, east side of the Courtyard of Ablutions.
Talking of food, I absolutely insist that you go here. You can tell them you're a friend of mine if you like. I never used to bother ordering there, and just asked Charo the chef to cook whatever she thought I'd like.
A walk across the Roman Bridge is quite nice. For 'nightlife', Soul bar on Claudio Marcelo was always quite popular, as were the bars on Carnicerías, though I have no idea whether they're still there and what the general movida is.
How is that for starters? Where are you staying? What are you doing there. Etc.

Cool, thanks muchly. It's a combination of work and holiday, I have a meeting in Madrid on Friday one in Cadiz on Wednesday and one in Seville on Thursday.
Now I love Madrid but I've not seen much of Adulusia, so I figured I'd have a bit of a nose around.

I'm wearing some blue chequered boxer shorts. I'm nto sure what this says about me. I'm not sure how my current mood could be expressed via the medium of underwear to be honest.

You've really got me stumped now. I'm trying to think of a type of underpant that best represents boredom and apathy. And an overwhelming desire not to go shopping after work. Maybe a pair of plain grey underpants. Reasonable condition, fair quality, plain grey. Not overly comfy, but no danger of chafing. Just pure functional underpantage. Which deals with the boredom. What about apathy. Maybe they could be slightly soiled from a few days' use. Never cleaning or changing your underpants is a sign of an apathetic disposition.
How to express my desire not to go shopping though. Maybe a picture of a shopping centre on the arse, with a red line through it. Like a no smoking sign.
