er. right well, as you all no doubt know, i've been living the "trans-atlantic relationship" dream as so well portrayed in that channel 4 drama NY-LON and as we know, thats a good representation of the life of a postdoc living in nashville....
anyway. as you'll also no doubt be aware from my many pointless pointless threads and comments and wanky statements, its not been easy. well. this morning. i got a phone call.
27th of july thats when i get to meet lady a again. which is good. she's coming over on a one way ticket.
er. yes. so. erm. as you can imagine. its all a little odd around here today.

This reminds me of a friend who was in a similar position. He told us his beloved was soon arriving in the UK and someone asked when she was coming.
