I've never been on the internet before but I've been looking at your boards for a few days now and I have the following observations to make.
Thorn. Probably works as a journalist and lives with, or has lived with one of the posters from this community. I'd take a wild stab at Vogon Poetess (just like the rest of you would).
Kovacs. Scholarly, possibly an academic. May have written books on Batman or Lewis Carroll.
Bamba. Problems with anger management. Clearly Scotch.
I have not formed an opinion about the rest of you but, be warned, I am watching.
And Arseminer, buy a dictionary and then you might understand where I'm coming from. No?
How do I get one of the pictures next to may name, like your gayest posters?

That doesn't even warrant a response but because you are stupid I will respond. My brother was a teacher who died of passive pipe smoking. It took us three days to clean the nicotine from his dead face. Perhaps next time you just jump in with a thoughtless insult you should think first, Astromarmalade.

I have been posting for 4 years, OK not as long as some of you so I suppose I am not in-crowd but all you bunch of self-absorbed cretins do is bitch up each other's arses. You should get out of your little clique once in a while and see that it's not all about you and your cosy meets, msn club or whatever. I wasn't going to say anything and I know this will be ignored like everything else I write but the way you all treated Jonesey was despicable. it is just playground bullying the way everyone needs a scapegoat and he's the poor sod who gets it in the neck... it might surprise you all to know you are not the only ones with academic qualitication and I am a psychology BA so I can tell you unsubstantilated details about your gestalt state, you are showing classic dictatorising approach of paradime shifts. I know this will mean i never get to join your geek science club but you never noticed I was here anyway.

Sorry, sense of humour failure here... I work for a PPS clinic and I've just held the hand of a client-friend (not "patient") as he sadly passed away from nicotinus colourants. Yeah I realise this place is all about who can be the most cynical, hard-arsed and shocking but it makes me really sad sometimes.

it sounds like this thread was designed for me but as yet there is nothing really of note to comeback on, oh just thought that i might have misunderstood the point, bit to much of a newb to consider a succesful comeback. Starting again on a more succesful note, however, is possibly not out of the question
