Remember though, the tickets go up on pweination this Friday and then on sale through standard channels on the 12th. I would advise however, getting them, as soon as.

Actually I'm a definite - the Weird's War thing was a joke that only one person could really have understood. Sorry about that. I'm feeling a bit giddy and dazed today and I can't receive incoming mail so my brain's a bit skew-wiff.

I'm thinking of going to the opening show in Brum, but may well try for London instead/aswell. Will keep you informed. Anyone else up for Brumness though?

I thought you meant 'Weirds Bar' which was the name they gave the back stage drinking antics, meaning you would go as long as you could get schmooglefaced.

No - they were the unbelievably shit opening act when SG5 and I went to see PWEI in Portsmouth 10 years ago. They were rubbish and we were the only people watching them and the singer was a black guy with "Token Nigger" scrawled on his chest, even though the drummer of his own band was also black.

Poor Thorn, I'm going to make a coffee. Would you like me to make you one and leave it on my desk as a humble offering to your pain.
NO! I mean Weird's War! I mean what I say! We didn't get to see Dub War - they weren't on our leg of the tour - we could have seen them, or Ash, who were doing some of the dates but no we got lumbered with the cruddy band that noone ever heard of again.

No, we got lumbered with the cruddy audience wearing Slayer shirts and singing the lyrics to The Wildhearts.

Don't forget about the tickets guys. I'd seriously advise buying them from www.pweination.org on the 8th (this friday) as I am gonna be getting someone to do it for me.
200 new people signed up to the site and it was announced Sunday afternoon I believe. Fuckle!

I'm having problems accessing the site. It's only 9.22 and this is the fifth thing that's pissed me off today.

Getting in this morning and being told that a bunch of companies are pissed off at me for "not giving them enough coverage" in a DAB feature. The fucking thing that pisses me off is that they were all mentioned - with pictures, quotes from the MDs and write ups on the products. They just wanted more. Fucking c**ts! "Why didn't we get more free publicity?" they whine, trying to make me look like I wasn't doing my job properly. Fuxache.
